i have a tapping sound coming from the engine and the camp belt hasn`t been changed its done 49,000 would this help if it was done also when shoud the oil pump be changed

We can't tell what is the problem. You need to take it to a mechanic and find out what is causing the tapping sound. That would tell you if it needs a new belt or a different repair.
