Can anyone explain why (apparently) the C-max gets much more of a slagging off in the Reliability Indexes / Customer feedback than the Focus
is it because the 1st year of production was before the Focus was introduced and was a bit of a "try out"/learning curve or is it a different factory or ...... ?
