Howdy,
Just curious - how difficult is it to replace the rotors on the front wheels of the Focus? Is it something that a non-mechanic can do?

I had no trouble. There's nothing specially complicated about Focus brakes (mine are non-ABS). If you're new at it, best get a service manual and follow the directions carefully.
