1999 F150 Power Window

I'm new to this group so sorry if this has been addressed before. This is the extended cab, (suicide doors), and the passenger side window will go down, but not up. Pulled off the door panel and by applying power directly to the motor plug, the window will go up. Neither the passenger switch nor the driver side switch will make the window go up, only down. I think the master switch on the drivers door may be bad. Does this sound right? HD

Yes. I recently had a similar problem with my car. The switches are the method of controlling the grounds on the reversible motors. I disassemble the MSA and cleaned everything, but that didn't work, so finally I replaced the MSA and the problem was fixed. One thing different was my door-side switch worked.....
