Don't know how much help this will be but the manual that came with the odb II code reader lists that code as a "generic" code and the translation it give is "system too lean bank 2"...I had the same thing on my 1996 ford Windstar with a 3.8 and it turned out to be the PCV hose had "sucked" a hole in itself.....replaced same with generic piece of pcv hose, cleared code, problem has never reappeared. The factory hose is a not so cheap piece of molded hose and didn't look like it would last too long so I used a longer piece of "standard" pcv hose and put a loop in it to compensate for the short bend in the factory hose....worked like a champ....hope this helps...
