F150 tire change

Had to change the driver side rear tire today on my 01 F150 which has left me with a question. The lug nuts have an attached flat washer. I'm used to seeing the lug nuts that fit into the wheel, cone shaped I guess you'd call it, that help center the wheel on the bolts. It seems to me that since the spare(full sized steel wheel) will not be balanced of course and would be easy to work loose as it settles on the bolts when driven. Should I have any concerns here? Thanks.

Your F150, like mine, has hub-centric wheels. The center of the wheel aligns itself to the hub. The lugnuts only hold on the wheel, they have nothing to do with centering it. Oh, and my spare was balanced from the factory.
