Ford Truck owner thankfull

Me too...... Ford's reliability can't be beat......

I bought my 1993 Ford F-150 in December 2008, for $900.00 and immediately researched the RECALLS on the Federal DHMSV web site.

Yes, there were a few, and the dealer fixed them with no complaints, when I drove it in at 4 PM on a Friday.

One was for the steel fuel rail regulator to be replaced with the stainless steel regulator.

Of course, the mechanic left a few vacuum hoses disconnected, which I set right out in the recovery lane, as the engine ran like crap.

My 1994 F-150 ($450 on Craigslist) I have owned over two hundred cars and trucks, in my life of 64 years, and American trucks are cheap and easy to get, so, that is the major reason I own them.

Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, and Volkswagens are built in the USA, in plants across the Mid-west to South East USA. My beef is that all US trucks and cars from GM, Ford, and Chryslers are built in Mexico and Canada (Fargo Mfg.)!

While the Obama Government owned GM, they built a brand new assembly plant to employ North Americans, in Mexico!

Yeah, they even closed US plants over the past 4 years of the Liberal Democrat ruled Congress!

US Automakers are only doing what is best for their stockholders, getting cheap labor. Who does our liberal Democrat Progressive Party Congress do to help the businesses and employ workers? NOTHING!

But, it does take some pressure off of our borders!

If you want to see US citizens employed, you really need to purchase vehicles that were built in the USA, and that MIGHT mean you get a Honda, Toyota, Nissan, etc.!!!

That site confirms what I said!! 1 recall in all year models on my E-450 & 3 recalls in all model years on my F-150

No minivan made by any manufacturer is a good product as far as I'm concerned, so it's not a factor to me!!
