Well, always two places to start. Spark and gas. Put a fuel pressure
gauge on it and see if the fuel pressure is holding when it quits.
CHeck to see if it has spark when it quits too. A timing light can
be useful for that.
If the oil pressure is low (or if the sender is bad), it could cut off
