at a stop the vehicle pulls,as if trying to still go though brakes are on, help?

added info, when you are at a stop the vehicle pulls like it wants to keep going, but the brakes are on, just went through a mechanical, new brakes, rotors, did not do this when test drove, two days before mech. done
