when at a stop the car will pull as if it wants to keep going though the brakes are on, anyone help?

does the car pull to either side? i have an 01 GA and my right front caliper was stuck in half way from grabbing the disk. this means you're possibly going to need a new caliper and pads depending on the amount of damage to the breaking system. also one of your four brakes might not be working and it could be that three brake systems aren't enough to stop your car.
