Maybe.
Check the label on the catridge to be sure. Some grease may be used for both purposes; some cartridge grease is not rated for use in wheel bearings, and there's the old school fiber grease that comes in the tub that you would only use for bearings (not sure how you'd get it into a tie rod end...)
