How many gm employees know the names of the board of directors at GM.
some of the directors are retired ceo's from other corporations that screwed up the companies they were in charge off.
they collect top dollars from GM for sitting on their ass's .
who let these looser's on the board of GM,
was it the UAW, or did the UAW not check them out.?
I doubt if UAW has much to say about who sits on the board at General Motors.
Well, management nominates the directors and the shareholders in theory vote on them. The union has no say in the matter. Germany has a different system, but in the US the union has no power over the board.
