Sometime the D4 light flashes and the transmission shift from 1 to 4 .Anyone have this problam? need help.

My first guess is that the transmission control unit (TCU) is bad.

It would be helpful to know the mileage of the vehicle as well as it's service history. The Owner's manual says you're not supposed to be driving it when D4 flashes. When did you last drain & fill the tranny with Honda Z1 ATF? If it's got anything other than Honda fluid in the tranny, you'll have to remove it.
