Read the part in your manual about how to start a flooded Honda. If that solves it, run a can of Techron injector cleaner thru it, or a couple tanks of Gasohol. A dripping injector will sabotage your car overnight and make it almost impossible to start (unless you do what the manual says). HOWEVER, If it won't restart after a short trip, it's usually the main relay. Cooling the interior of the car will restart it, or smacking the dash with the key in position II. Pay a geek to resolder your relay.
