Bought a new 2006 CR-V, with a radio that is XM ready... Is it true what i read?? That I need a special receiver that is only available from Honda.. Any truth to that??

You can install it yourself, and buy the receiver from one of many online sellers of Honda parts.. They even come up on eBay from time to time.
What did you think XM ready meant?
