Hope someone can help, in the process of buying a 2000 trooper LWD diesel, can anyone tell me the general service shedule up to 40000 miles? ie when anything major needs replacing.

If you are lucky enough to make it to the next service, a new engine is usually on the shopping list if it is a 3.0L Diesel.
Is this based on anything other than a general flame?
