Since people want "Real Jeeps" do you think a Jeep kit using a aftermarket frame would sell any number of units? Would you buy one?

Well, Harley owners are generally pretty rabid about what a "real motorcycle" is, but they'll build one from S&S engines & trannys, a home made frame, Mustang seat, aftermarket forks & handlebars and still call it a Harley. About the only thing 'Real Harley' on it at that point are the pretty chrome bits & emblems, but to them it's a 100% REAL HARLEY! LOL!
It's about the same for Jeeps. I already have a Jeepster Commando and a Willys Wagon so I wouldn't buy one. At least that's what my wife tells me. ;)
It would come down to what you have that's better, unique, le$$ to build or something else that would set your apart from all the others selling what all looks like pretty much the same thing.
Cheers, - JJ
What about a flat fender pickup or wagon kit for my '93 wrangler frame? Is that out there?
