Will a AMC20 open carrier with 3.54 gears work with 4.10 gears? Is there a size break and if so where is it? TIA

But, he wants to use the 3.54 carrier with 4.10 ring gear. That will not work.
I got confused by the numbers. He asked one thing, and you answered another. As I look more closely, your answer was not as much different to the question than I thought.
