E-Brake cable extending

Anyone have a solution for extending cables to accommodate lift? My rear axle (D44) is out of an early CJ-5 w / 11" brakes. Stock cables are about a foot too short. I have looked at my Advance Auto's complete stock of cables for something longer to no avail.

Thanks

Cal Wheeler just needed longer ones and he found a supplier. Check the Hey, Romain, you were right! thread.

If it was only a little, I would think on moving the brackets, but a foot is a lot.

You might be able to extend the single feed cable, before it splits, by moving a bracket... naw, probably better to look for longer side cables. __ Steve .

Control Cable Inc. in Santa Fe Springs, CA turned around a custom 10" longer YJ Driver's side e-brake cable in One Day. I FedExed them the old one and included a waybill and pouch for the return trip.

On the other hand, I read that later model YJ cables are longer than other Jeep ebrake cables to start with.
