Front Alignment Specs

Apr 26, 2004 4 Replies

Group,

This has probably been covered before, but what front alignment specs are use on a 2000 XJ with a 3" lift? Coils with 1.5" pucks (for the added weight of a winch & bumper) are used in the front.

Thanks Group!

They are pretty much the same. Just make sure your toe is right so you dont eat tires. someone correct me if Im wrong because mine has been fine a long time with the factory settings. KH

Thanks for the info Kevin!

Set your toe-in so the front of the tires are 1/8" closer to each other than they are in the rear... this works extremely well for low tire wear and good handling per the instructions at

Your XJ's caster angle is fine with only a 3" lift and its camber angle isnot even adjustable so no worries there either. Toe-in is important though,so make sure you keep this setting up to snuff. :) Jerry
