My arms hurt.

Well that was fun. Was working on the heap.. er.. jeep and my Maglight stopped working. So, I figure it's time to change the batteries and proceed to take them out. Nope, ain't gonna happen, those batteries are stuck tight. Some PB blaster, several hundered "taps" against the workbench, and a slide hammer later.... and I've finaly got them out.

a whole hour to remove three batteries....

On the "bright" side, the maglight just needs a bit of a cleaning, some paint, and it should be good as new.

If these things are for beating on other folks. Why am I so sore? :]

Oh well, off to the med cabinet for an 800mg ibuprofin and back to the garage for some light dremmel work.

Grease the o-rings and threads at both ends of the Magllight - I use a synthetic bike grease, but even vaseline is better than nothing. If yourt hands sweat, the threads can corrode.

BTW, you need a good 110v work light - no one can work efficiently with a flashlight. I like the 4 tube fluorescents - they are great and don't run down...
