Another fixit for the ZJ.
This time the overhead console. Seems the back lamps wern't working. You had to jam the overhead console up against the roof to make them work.
..wonderful.. I had pictures of a broken plastic doohicky that holds it in.
Well, I was sorta right. It was a broken plastic doohicky, but just the mounting screw stud for the back of the lamp module. Had to rig up a couple of clamps and some epoxy, but it's back and running.
As a result of this I now have some fairly detailed photos of the console off, and the back. Didn't take a closeup of the security module (didn't want to pull it out) but fwiw, if anyone wants them I'll find a way to post em.
Got me thinking about putting a TV in there. :) Just what I need.
