Pics up from Superlift MSJ Club run - July 4

We had a blast! We posted ALL of the photos so everyone who ran with us could download them, if you hit the slideshow at 2-3 seconds, it goes pretty fast.

Looks like a blast. Wht is the spider on your front diff cover? Is that some sort of skid or a replacement cover?

BTW, somewhere into the middle of the slide there is a lady taking pictures sitting down next to what appears to be poison oak. Hopefully nobody is itching today.

The "spider" is my Rough Country diff guard.

I have one on each end. They did their job VERY WELL. Took some pretty good hits and skids across some rocks and only minor scuffs. Easy to wash the mud out of and not too rough on the pocket book either. The "lady" is our little Ruthie. She is a living doll and our token trail photographer. She says she got the title because she's usually the only one who doesn't have a steering wheel in her hands :)

I didn't hear anything about her getting the itchy scratchies, so I'll assume all is well.

You should go there sometime if you have a chance, it really IS a lot of fun. Not too expensive either. Our group is planning another run on the 19th and then again in October. The place is HUGE so you don't get bored going back again.

There are camp sites available and motels in Hot Springs that are affordable, if you don't have to live in luxury but are more interested in AC, a shower and a soft bed.

Whereabouts do you usually go?

K
