Again, my argument isn't for the 1/4 mile as the lone benchmark. It's for overall ...including handling, ride-comfort, etc. Like I said, given the fact it ranks high in all other areas, it's 1/4 is pretty impressive.

With that said ...would you take a Vette 350 or an M5?

A Porsche is one thing, an Ultimate Dickhead Machine is another. However, I also used to have a 427 rat motor taken out to 466 with full dumps...that would take the Porsche on pretty much anything where torque could overcome any handling weaknesses.

You are not helping America and real Americans if you buy an American product only because it's made here. You are just helping them stay bad. They need discipline, if the italians or the Brits or the Americans or the Japanese built better Autobahn cars than MBZ or BMW the Germans would go elsewhere.

Otherwise they will just get lazy. The Germans never let quality suffer if they had labor/management problems-American management and unions both need a painful boot in the ass once in a while. The harley biker mentality just makes good workers marginal and marginal ones into shitty-bber swilling peckerwoods.

Maybe if Nutter Llwellyn had had a much needed paddling as a kid he wouldn't be so goofy.
