I am on my second TJ a 99 first one being a 97 and did not have this problem. It sounds like some sort of mystery. Did the problem occur at the same time of year both times?

This windshield will never crack a friend decided to try one last year because his kept cracking from stone chips, well no cracks and I will be using one for my replacement.
