I have a "springy" sound when I push in my clutch, it is working fine, no slipping, etc. Any ideas? Hopefully nothing bad. Thanks.

When my hydraulic clutch starting going bad, it made that sound. It's only a matter of time, until the clutch doesn't come back up. and you have a puddle of fluid on your feet.
That's not what I wanted to hear, it just started making that sound, feels fine besides, only has 48K on it, is that kinda soon for clutch problems?
Have you had it in water lately? Mine does that after a hard day of riding that includes water / mud fording. I replaced mine at 60k when I put the inertia ring on. The clutch did not need replacing. It was still in great shape.

No water, hasn't really even rained around here much. How do you check the fluid level? It says it should be to bottom of "step", I think, on cap. How difficult is it to replace master and/or slave cylinder(s)? Thanks.
