I've had a D35 in the rear for 14 years. My mechanic put a
2002? D44 with limited slip. Is it normal to feel a gear slip when making a slight turn at slow speed?He said I got a hell of a dead for $850. It came with all the linkages and bushings which are heavier then 1997 stock. Bolted the whole thing in place of my busted D35.

And yes, limited slip will create an odd feeling when making slow speed turns. Every brand has it's own oddity.
