somebody mentioned something in an earlier post about using a different carb on a YJ. Can you do that in Kalifornia???

Bill, you're kidding, right? They set up smog check road blocks in SD?
Well, what do they do? Take an emissions test right on
the road or do a visual or what?
I think if they were doing this in Orange County ca, that would send me over the edge and move my Arse out of this state. Can't afford to live here now. Add harassment like that and forgit it.

Jeeze, I go to Oceanside nearly every weekend. I know my jeep is probably on boarder line but will change with the upcoming MPI kit.
Anyway, never been cited thank god.
