Usenet is free for anyone to use. It's the one place in the Internet where you have no say in matters regarding who can and can't do things, thankfully. You aren't going to be able to blackmail people here.

A more sensible individual would have realised by now that until you leave me alone in full, and I mean, in full, these matters ain't going to go away. I'm afraid that if you don't like it, you are going to have to lump it!

Note to other readers: Sorry, but you'll have to blame Martyn entirely for this - he's still plaguing me with rubbishy post and harassing me and until he quits in full, this is likely to continue. I'm not letting him get away with it until he stops, or is stopped. It's up to him now.

There are three steps Martyn must take in order for this to be resolved:

(1) Remove signature files mentioning me. (2) Remove websites mentioning me. (3) Agree never to mention me again anywhere and to anyone.

Once he does this, then everything will be fine. Until then, it's war.

I have a very old IBM (pre WinKey) keyboard - yes, the huge clicky type, which has to be going on 10 years old and is by far my fave input device.

I reckon they'd break the market if they started to sell these again.

I was told they couldn't make true 'clicky' keyboards as there was a risk of a small spark from an arc in the 'click'. I guess we could all promise not to fart whilst typing...

I couldn't agree more, Alex. Tell it to Martyn. I'm as fed up as the rest of you are with his doings. I'm quite happy to stick to the subject of Land Rover so long as he does the same without mentioning anything else about me or anyone else. It's him who needs to be told and persuaded, not me. I'm on top of the situation and perfectly in control.

Not wanting to resurrect this again, I would point out that (apart from my .sig - which is ok with just about every RFC I've read) I have not lowered myself to his level for some months. However, 'silence' in the pulp that is usenet appears to be an indication of some kind of guilt (passim old thread on 'bullying'), so I reserve the right to post 'shut the f*ck up' replies if and when I believe it is necessary.

Luckwill is a menace and a danger to children. Only those who condone his activities and beliefs can claim to have a valid challenge to my actions IMO. Others, like yourself, CAN make a valid claim of too much noise and not enough signal, but NOT after one single posting :-)

So, what has Martyn done since early July?

(1) Made up a string of lies about myself (and at least one other regular NG poster) and told them to the organizers at Billing.

(2) Made threats to one of my best friends ("if I find you are having anything to do with Luckwill I'll publish a similar website about yourself before you can say howzat").

(3) Attempted to blackmail me by trying to force me to do things against my will, with threats to boot. When I carry out his instructions he denies all knowledge of my having done so, which I guessed he might.

(4) Repeatedly said he wants nothing further to do with me, yet continues to reply to postings, harass other people for information about me, continues to publish *that* website, and generally pissing everyone else off at the same time.

Ah well, we'll just see at the end of the day who wins. Myself, I'm letting the legal aspect of things take care of Martyn. He can expect a knock on the door anytime in the near future, but it won't be from me.

Quiet yes , relaxed er well no actually...as I recall you were still taking cheap shots for which you were awarded the wooden spoon award. Now seeing as Martyn wasn't even about and the comment made was completely uncalled for and OT at the time then you should consider what your posting before you send it. As I recall not only was I **ssed off that you had again opened a can of worms that had been dormant for quite some time but also others were equally as frustrated.

You actually slated Tony O, based purely on his e-mail address. As you didn't even know his gender it seems unlikely that you have any other reason to dislike him.

On the other, I am slating you now because you are

a) a convicted sex offender and therefore placed on 'The Register' b) enormously dull, with apparently no knowledge of Land Rovers save what you read in the brochures c) unable to stick to any agreement you make d) a proven liar, with more false names and aliases than anyone can count (although all credit to Martyn for having a go) e) completely unrepentant of (a) - have you ever shown any remorse or shame regarding your crimes?

It has been said on another newsgroup that it is pointless trying to reason with you, such is your mental state. They are, of course, right and the only thing to do is to make sure that people are aware of what you are and what you do. Martyn has the means and the inclination to do so - as a parent I thank him for it.
