Italy. If I remember correctly, a rather nice cafe in Limone, on the shores of Lake Garda. I DO remember it had lots of cherries in it.

That's bloody funny - I've just sent it to one of my clients to show him what I have to deal with from his staff - and what's likely to start happening to his staff if I have to make any more site visits to put paper in printers or plug PC's in that the staff have unplugged to use their cellphone chargers. And.... my favourite luser now had a 14 character alphanumeric password that needs to be changed every 3 days (so the screams should start on Friday just as I head out of the country for a week on a remote Pacific island).
