Stick the snow. Down the front of your trousers, preferably.
It took me twelve hours to get from Paris to Bracknell this morning. I got to the airport at 6:30 am expecting to get on a 7:45 flight. I ended up on an alleged 10:40 flight that eventually left around 2pm and then spent 45 minutes on the taxiway at Heathrow waiting for a gate to get off the plane, and by the time I got home, 25 miles or so from the airport, it was 5pm.
It's clear from what we were told that HAL (Heathrow Airport Limited) should be allowed to run for a bus, let alone run an airport. They only discovered after loading passengers onto the planes that the tugs that push them around didn't work on ice, and then spent two hours waiting for a gritter.
I wouldn't mind, but there's no f***ing snow on the ground around here so I can't even go out and have any fun.
AAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!
