The RR is in the garage - they were road testing it yesterday and now the gearbox is stuffed - so not a little job, needs a new one and all the supporting gadgetry no doubt and recodeing. I rang last night to enquire about a courtesy car, and was told they'd call and LR and ring me back. One hour later they rang me back and said they had no courtesy cars. I said I didn't want one NOW (as I was at home), but tomorrow. They said they'd call LR first thing.
So far I've heard nothing. I've called THEM and been told they are busy. If I don't get some decent service shortly I'm going to go over there and demand a vehicle (and not a Ka or Smart or other s**te thing, I want another RR)
