In an absolute sense, no - they may be reuseable, but practically, yes. It is normal "good practice" to replace all gaskets, and in this case it is very unlikely that the gaskets will be reuseable. JD

It's a good idea, but if you dont have one then you can re-use the old one if you must. Make sure the surfaces are clean, and clean up the old gasket. Use a jointing compound, either Hermatite Red or Instant Silicone Gasket.

Yes , if you want a good life out of your repair. Remove and wire brush clean the housing, emery or course wet & dry the mating surfaces clean and flat. Apply a thin uniform film of Blue Hylomar gasket sealant to both sides of the gasket, especially if the surfaces are at all pitted.Tighten bolts to
