There is a mud-club meeting at the Billing Quays on the last Monday of each month, that will put you in touch with a lot of local owners, and often a lot of laning trips are on the go during the season :) It's also free to join, I'll let you work out the url

I used to be. Nice friendly bunch of people. I stopped my membership only because Luton - Northampton was a little far to go on a regular basis, and I was increasingly unable to attend.
