engine head

nobody have broken the head of td5? I have a diesel mixed in the oil circuit! ciao mauro italy

Potentially very nasty - the oil thins to a point where it finds its own way into the combustion chamber then the engine starts to run on the sump oil. Also there will be very poor lubrication of valve stems or any other splash-lubricated components.

My guess is that diesel is leaking into the engine via the spindle of the injector pump.

No injector pump on Td5,s

I thought there were five injector pumps, one per cylinder driven from the camshaft.

near enough, AFAIK.
