Freelander Diesel '02 Clutch failure

Neighbours Clutch has packed in , the consensus is the Master/Slave cylinder echoed by the AA

How big a job is it? Just Nut and bolt? I understand it's all one unit.

Would a bag of spanners have it sorted or are there any trick torx bolts or anything to trip up an amateur under guidance from the other side of the street while I beat the front axle on the Ambi?

It has the K series engine if it helps with identification.

I have a large chainsaw Lee - in the long run its the kindest thing ;-) I checked RAVE it looks simple enough the slave is C clipped onto the mounting plate ( 3 bolts to housing ) and the master appears to be clipped to the bulkhead but needs a twist to remove Derek

I'm sure the neighbour would agree, they fitted a New engine just out of Warantee.

I checked Rave but only found the NAS auto...

H'mmm

Derek uttered summat worrerz funny about:

Nah , it disappeared on a low loader yesterday. Back working now.

Cheers,
