As I do a lot of wildlife photography I tend to jump on and off the bonnet a lot. I'm sure I've seen full bonnet covers advertised, but I can't remember where. Any ideas? Cheers John

I bought my chequer plate from Rebel for my 110 (incl bonnet/wing pieces) and was very impressed with their service, so I can recommend them.
Not sure exactly what you mean by *full* bonnet plate - the only ones I have seen cover the majority of the bonnet, but don't *completely* cover it. On top of that you have a piece for each wing. Perhaps that is what you meant? In any case, Rebel can supply all that, and as I recall for a very reasonable price.

Thanks for the replies, but what I'm looking for covers the whole bonnet. Cheers, John
Surely that would require it to be pressed to cover the compound curves of the bonnet. Is that even possible with chequer plate? I can't say I have ever seen it.

Yup, the only ones I have ever seen cover the central section only. A plate to cover the whole bonnet would be a pretty cumbersome pressing.
Rebel do one that covers the whole bonnet. £84.

Must be some confusion here because that is exactly the one I was talking about - covers the 'flat' majority section of the bonnet (and the curve at the front) but doesn't cover the the 'whole' bonnet (i.e. curved sides as well) which is what the OP suggested he wanted.
