getting vacuum from perkins 4.203 for install of brake booster

do any of you chaps know the best way to get my 109 1967 military that i would like to convert to series 3 braking system some air?cheers gregory burlingame

Suggestions vary from fitting an electric vacuum pump to using one from an early Peugeot diesel engine. The electric one should be the easiest to fit.

there are alternators wth vacuum pumps piggybacked onto them. The transit TDi among others used these. Might not drive so well from a single V belt though.
