Towcester in April (8/9)
Sounds like a gas - wonder if "McGuigan Motorsport" is Tom McGuigan.
Mud-club are providing the marshalls ;-) So yep - I'll be there.
On or around Fri, 20 Jan 2006 08:29:18 -0000, "Mark Solesbury" enlightened us thusly:
rather a long way off from here at 20 mpg.
Depends how long they eventually get it I s'pose...
... one day you could end up with it passing your house and tag on the end for a bit.
On Fri, 20 Jan 2006 08:46:40 -0000, "William Tasso" scribbled the following nonsense:
yes :-(
GLASS will be there, as will bUURt if I manage to get a tow hitch sorted by then

Just up the road from us so we'll be there.

Don't be too harsh - his organisation skill are legendary...
On Sat, 21 Jan 2006 17:10:27 +0000, Mother scribbled the following nonsense:
the last event I went to that he organised, he had promised traders over 2000 people (try 200), had to borrow money to hire saftey equipment, and plead with a trader so the band could use the genny, as the genny he hired for the weekend struggled to run the bar....
He does have some good ideas though that *could* be potential gold mines....
It's a novel idea, I'll put it on my project list behind the 6x6x4 SWB project.

I have another idea how about the world record longest land rover procession, that is to say a procession for the longest land rovers only, 6 wheelers, bendi-rovers and articulated conversions only need apply :)
Incidentally are there any bendi-rovers or did I just make that up?
In article , Larry writes
Suppose it depends how good the chassis are.
