My Defender smells

Bought 13 yr old Defender from a Farrier, and even after a year it stinks (due to horse muck no doubt). Washed all seats in hot antiseptic solution in the summer and left them in the sun to dry. No improvement.How could I go about tracking down inexpensive replacment seats?
