Heh, it's still not worth me coming over to fill up. :-)

Martin

Isn't that when another 2p of duty comes on?

That tells me that the fuel card is 6ppl above national average. :-(

I still want specific Shell prices, if anyone takes note of them, to compare like with like, so to speak.

Bloody Government Steeling from the workers & Just Think we Pay for there Fuel

Worth coming for a holiday though Martin.

Can't afford yet mate or I would, no good on that big bird at my age though, I'd be a candidate for that DVT I reckon, I'd have to come with the motor. Stick a few cans in the back and fill 'em up as well, do you reckon what I saved would pay for the trip? :-)

Martin

IMO the risk of DVT has been blown out of all proportion - if me aged and coronary prone Dad's annual flights to the UK haven't caused him to die of it then it ain't a common problem. Aside from the airfare a trip to NZ is probably cheaper than an equivalent trip to France, and a hell of a lot more fun.

I suspect it depends on the relative sizes of person and seat-space.

You're not suggesting I'm a bit overweight are you Austin? Well I suppose I did remove the seat back spacers in the 109". :-)

Martin

And not getting up and having a walk around every hour or so. The cabin crew don't like people wandering about but you do have to go to the loo and drinking lots of water ('cause of the very dry air) means you have to go to the loo often...
