i need the torque specs for the rocker bolts ... for the v 8 3.9 L engine and any other specs you may think i woudl need !

According to my manual the rocker shaft bolts should be tightened to 38 Nm, the rocker cover screws to 9 Nm.

hey matt , i was wondering what NM is ?? i have heard of inch pounds and foot pounds !!! not NM !!!
