Ive got a 2.5 diesel in my SWB 2A. I would take you some pics, but its all in pieces undergoing an engine rebuild!. The exhaust is still hanging off the chassis, so i can take a pic of that if you want...but im not sure if theres any point. The exhaust on mine is just a standard side exiting landrover exhaust. I bought it from Paddocks for about £35 complete. Its a lot simpler than the standard petrol one that bends all over the place. It just comes out through the inner wing. Down the underside of the passenger footwell, and then underneath where the fuel tank on the passenger side would be. I think it joins into the same back exhaust bits as the normal exhaust does.
If you really want pics then say so. I think the only way they'd be usful is if youre making your own exhaust, otherwise just go and buy the normal landrover downpipe! If you are making your own exhaust then dont follow this pattern anyhow - base it on the original petrol one and take it up out of the way by the gearbox. Much tidier imho.
