Why blame Martyn when it's you who's the convicted paedophile scumbag ?
Have you _any_ clue how 'real' people feel about your sexual preferences ? Personally, I'd not let you within telephoto lens range of my, or anyone else's, kids ... I'd prefer you dead.

You have to tell it your News server - it doesn't offer you one by default. What's the probability of two people ending up using 'Supernews'? Also the message IDs are pretty close together, although that might just be an artefact of using Entourage.
Mildly curious, or morbidly fascinated - I'm not entirely sure.

It was a sarcastic question I have been following this since the start and I also noticed the dual sig slip up. ;-)
Isn't that a line from a song ;-)

hah. not if you use anonymous remailers. I sent an abuse report to two such, following an very nasty post (in a long chain of sick, nasty posts... which this time basically expressed the view that 2 friends of mine and their new-born baby would die horribly) in another group - this guy makes Tony Luckwill look normal... The upshot was that one remailer hasn;t bothered even to send an autoresponse, and the other sent one saying that due to the way it works, they can't identify users and therefore can't do anything to ban one who obviously abuses the service. To be fair, they did offer to temporarily bar the newsgroups involved, if it was a repeated offence, but since I suspect that the cowardly s**te in question hides behind several such remailers, there's not a lot of point.
I don't normally rise to the bait of such low-life morons, but this one was exceptional, and I thought it might be worth a try.
I'm disappointed that the anonymous thing appears to be untraceable. I suppose it may be that if you're DC whosistwitchell investigating a crime, it may prove that there are indeed records...

No criticism intended at all. I looked at the headers out of idle curiosity and was struck by the similarities.

I have to totally agree with this my kids are a boy 10 and a girl 6 when they were babies I always took them in the bath on Sundays, mainly because SWMBO has the water at 1000 degrees, so until they got to 5 Sunday night was bath night for us which basically consisted of them emptying a bottle of shampoo on my head and pretending to be a hair dresser not that I've got much up top anyway
nowadays my daughter keeps asking me to go in with her but I make my excuses basically because I'm scared that she will says something to a teacher or somebody who will misconstrue what she says and then I'm in trouble I know the chance is remote but it's still there
so to tony F****it and the scum like him "thanks for taking away a little bit of my son and daughters lives" so tony or whoever you are today do us all a favour and "F*CK OFF AND DIE"
I've left a gap so stupid can put his "threat noted" tag in. stupid stupid man (I use the term very loosely)

ohh Tony, (tut, tut, tut) will you ever learn, why do you insist on attracting all the hassel you do. you must obviously revel in it,
just S T F U and do what you said you would, double quick.
your pissing me off with your childish arguements.
if you havent learnt by now, this will not stop. not whilst your challenging every comment made by anyone, this just goes round and round.
Where are the adults?

quite possibly it does, and I expect I'll find out, as there's some talk of sending me and another guy on it - I suspect it's now a prerequisite of the coaching course.

Major or minor, this is NOT THE F***ING PLACE to go on and on about it!!!
There, now, you've made me use 3 exclamation marks.
Leave it to the authorities as you keep saying, if enquiries are in progress, let 'em happen. Just shut up about it in here. If you want to post about it, find a suitable group where it's on topic, fer chrissake.
and, as I said previously, Martyn's not innocent of keeping the whole thing "live" in here, but you do it a whole lot more.
This thread is gonna get ignored quite soon, as will I daresay all your stuff, 'cos I'm fed up with the same thing over and again and haven't time for it.

I suspect jealousy here! I agree with you though, but who's going to make my documentary if I don't? Perhaps yourself and myself should join forces and make the programme between us - that way you can interview the kids and I'll do the parents - and the editing? Then we would both have something to be proud of, which is important to AS sufferers.

I believe this demonstrates without any doubt that you are worse than 'sick and twisted'. Given the highly offensive content of your forged email, I'd have thought you'd have certainly burnt any bridges so far as AS is concerned.
I must again request that you provide the headers for that 'email', lest you be branded again, as a twisted liar.
I also sincerely hope that you have already given a copy of 'it' to DC Kaye. I shall ask tomorrow when I call her.

This is the least that should happen. I'm rather hoping for him to be on the end of a very long custodial sentence, however a ban from using the Internet - which a Court can order, would be a start. I now believe there's enough collated evidence and history of such offences to warrant this and shall try to expedite the process tomorrow morning. I note with interest that he has failed to mitigate in any way his most vile and offensive forged email.

That's because there aren't any. Also, he has proven himself to be totally untrustworthy by his continual lies and attempts to decieve people. He even had me feeling sorry for him once. His track record will be his downfall. I feel sorry for those who do have Aspergers that he is trying to group himself with, I am sure that they do not relish the association. He knows what is right and what is wrong, he just crossed that line one time too many and got himself caught. Sad for his parents and family really, but then can only assume that he's not telling them the full story either - just the bits to make him sound the victim.

Good news Luckwill. She's on Leave for a week - that gives you a whopping 7 days to try to think of an excuse for forging a certain email that you've presented as 'evidence'!

I did once attempt to contact his father in Dublin, but got no reply. I was seeking corroboration of something he told me about his life at school, which could well explain the way he is, if true. I worded the email quite carefully so as not to appear combative etc., as a that time I was partly-inlcined to believe that he might have been set up, if only because it's not that hard to do, really, and of course at the time I didn't know the police had seized his computer. 'course, his dad might be someone who doesn't read e-mail; I knew lecturers like that at uni...
but in the end, what convinced me was the pleading guilty bit. If you'd been set up, you'd plead not guilty, and get sent down declaiming your innocence to the world, etc., or I would anyway. The pleading guilty thing only works in order to try and invoke leniency in court in an already-lost case - if as I was originally told by TL, the only evidence was on a CD which he'd been sent in the post, that's not sufficient evidence for a prosecution, and in those circs. I for one would resist very strongly any advice to plead guilty, bearing in mind how thoroughly it f***s up yer life. There had to be more to it, and it seems there was.
FWIW, and through a certain amount of contact with him, I don't think that he currently poses a physical threat to anybody, though I have to say I'm disinclined to trust him any more - if people want my help and sympathy, telling me only half the story and letting me look a prat when the truth becomes known is not the way to go about it - he'd get more help/sympathy from me if he'd told me the whole story. Personally, I don't think that the continual hounding of such people which often happens is helpful. If they genuinely represent a real and present risk to others, they should be restrained for the public (and their) good, otherwise, there should be a system whereby their whereabouts can be made known discreetly so that anyone who has need to know can find out - such people should then keep their bleddy trap shut about it, and merely take suitable precautions. The alternative ends up ultimately with every criminal permanently locked up and being looked after at all our expense, which isn't viable or equitable. Wherever possible, criminals who've "done their time" should be allowed to resume a moderately normal life (with the exception of persistent repeat offenders, of course) and pay their way like everyone else.
