Bought my 2 bed flat top floor flat Clifton, Bristol at 25ish (1985) for= =A330,000. Sold that ages ago and made a nice little bit of profit. I wo= nder how much they go for now?
Heh, the one I had was a council flat, brand new, two bed, v v large lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom, and on top floor, so pretty safe. ;) I bought it 2 years later for £17k ish, sold it 2 years later for £50k ish ... they're now worth about £30k ish, never been looked after as only mine went to private sales and the area took a nosedive 10 years ago, so I did quite well. ;)
Ive just sold my first house that i bought 2 years ago for 105, for 135 and had an offer accepted on the new one for 175.
When you bought that flat i was being born :)
