When you purchase a "luxury" vehicle, you should expect great customer service & response time. So far, I am very disappointed."
"I own a 2004 GX 470 and noticed the clunking defect in the transmission right away. It doesn't happen all the time and the dealership back in 2005 couldn't duplicate it so they said "oh well".
