Yes, I just did it last month, and highly recommend his service.

I sent my 1993 LS instrument cluster to him in a conveniently prepared UPS shipping label provided by Tom (Mr. Whizard). He received it in a few days and repaired it in a day, sent it back to me by Parcel Post that took 4 days. I am very happy to see the lights on again on this otherwise very good car. Total cost, $189 all shipping included. The best deal around unless if you want to try to repair yourself (replace some capacitors).

Tom was also very prompt in answering all my questions. His instructions on how to remove the cluster and how to ship the package were very good. My experience was a total satisfaction.

Joe Liu - Could you provide details for removing the cluster. I see 3 screws, but I KNOW there is always clips to deal with. I would like to replace the background lightbulbs ... the cluster itself works (& lights) perfectly. Thanks j
