What do you use to clean and protect the Lexus RX 300 Navigator Screen? Is there a film you can protect it with? How do you remove dust from the screen surface? Thanks.

You can use window cleaner sprayed on a soft lint-free cloth to clean and remove dust from the screen surface.
I haven't had any issues with having to protect the screen.

I use computer monitor screen wipes.
Unless you have talons instead of normal finger nails the screen shouldn't require protection.
