1995 Rover 216 help

2 things. First I need to change a rear seatbelt but am not sure how the back seat comes out. Secondly the heated rear screen doesn't work. Fuse is ok so i assume it is the switch. Where is the switch located?

If you mean the relay, there are a couple of relay boxes. One is under the bonnet on the passenger side, the other is beneath the steering wheel.

Thanks for your help Stu. You're quite right i did mean relay. i think it must be the one under the steering wheel because it had been working but when I went to switch it on last week there was a popping sound which eminated from in front of me.
