58 Reg Focus front bumper separated from wing

I caught my front bumper with the hedge when I was reversing out of my drive, and now there's an inch gap between it and the bodywork around the wheel, with lots of fixing lugs showing. Can I pop it in myself, and if so what's the best method? Pete
